When Universal Pictures launched a global promotional campaign for family film The Huntsman & The Ice Queen that took the film’s ice throne and film stars to locations around the world, they needed videos ready to post across their social media channels on the same day as each event.

Solution.

We travelled with the ice throne team to Spain, Germany, Italy and South Korea to film customer interactions with the exhibit. Working quickly and to the high standards of the Universal Pictures brand, we delivered a 30-second and a 1-minute video for each event, which were posted across social media on the same day.

The promos captured the fun and energy of the events, from the joy of young people taking a seat on the ice throne and meeting celebrities to the painstaking reconstruction of the frozen structure in each location. Edited in a lively style to attract the film’s young target audience, the films bolstered Universal Pictures’ global social media campaign.
